พลโทหญิง เจ้าคุณพระสินีนาถ พิลาสกัลยาณี (เกิด 26 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2528) เป็นพระสนมเอกใน พระบาทสมเด็จพระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว เป็นสตรีคนแรกที่เป็นพระสนมของพระมหากษัตริย์ไทยในรอบเกือบร้อยปี

เดิมเจ้าคุณพระสินีนาถ พิลาสกัลยาณี เป็นพยาบาลทหารกองทัพบก ภายหลังได้เป็นบาทบริจาริกาของพระบาทสมเด็จพระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ตั้งแต่ขณะยังทรงดำรงพระราชอิสริยยศสมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราชฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร และได้รับพระราชทานยศและตำแหน่งทางทหาร รวมถึงชื่อ สินีนาฏ วงศ์วชิราภักดิ์ จากพระองค์ ครั้นพระบาทสมเด็จพระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวขึ้นเสวยราชย์แล้ว ได้สถาปนาสินีนาฏ วงศ์วชิราภักดิ์ ขึ้นเป็นพระสนม บรรดาศักดิ์ว่า เจ้าคุณพระสินีนาฏ พิลาสกัลยาณี ในวันที่ 28 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2562 แต่สามเดือนถัดมา พระบาทสมเด็จพระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงถอดเจ้าคุณพระสินีนาฏออกจากยศศักดิ์ทั้งหมด เนื่องจากทรงเห็นว่า มีพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสมหลายประการ และมีความขัดแย้งกับสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสุทิดา พัชรสุธาพิมลลักษณ พระบรมราชินี พระอัครมเหสีของพระองค์ อย่างไรก็ดี เมื่อวันที่ 29 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2563 ทรงคืนยศศักดิ์ให้ดังเดิม เพราะทรงเห็นว่า "มิได้เป็นผู้มีมลทินมัวหมอง"

ต่อมาเมื่อวันที่ 17 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2567 พระบาทสมเด็จพระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวมีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ พระราชทานแก้ชื่อของ เจ้าคุณพระสินีนาฏ พิลาสกัลยาณี เล็กน้อย ว่า เจ้าคุณพระสินีนาถ พิลาสกัลยาณี (Chaokhun Phra Sineenatha Bilasakalyani) อ่านว่า "เจ้า - คุน - พระ - สิ - นี - นาด - พิ - ลาด - กัน - ละ - ยา - นี" ซึ่งมีความหมายว่า นางผู้เป็นที่พึ่งอันงดงาม เพียบพร้อมด้วยคุณสมบัติแห่งกุลสตรี
